 Help with E-Mail error code 550 5.7.1
550 5.7.1, Email servers, Error 550, Windows Mail v6, winmail
Can anyone help me please.  I am trying to send an email to a business account but I keep getting the mails bounced back to me with the following error code.  I have also tried to email someone else at their headquarters and get the same message......

reason: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused)

I really am a non techie so any help you could give me would be much appreciated

This show’s how rubbish I am it’s taken me all this time to find out what version I’m running.

I’m using Window’s Mail V.6
