It&#039;s worth a try. It solved a similar problem for a folder I&#039;m accessing right now.

Disable receive side scaling and offload on the NIC card . . You can test with windows firewall disables . 
Even if you think that this has nothing to do with access denied (permissions issue). this has worked for me in the past]]></description>
