Answer Wiki:
Zotac makes many different models of Mini-itx motherboards. Depending on the chipset, the process of setting up RAID is somewhat different. However, I'm pretty confident that you will need to do the following sequence: Backup or Clone your current drive to another location Aquire another drive of identical geometry if not identical makemodel Create a driver disk with your Zotac RAID drivers installed Install both drives in your new system Go into your BIOS Setup screen Setup the mirror set which will destroy the data on the old drive Boot your OS Setup Install your RAID drivers from the driver disk Install your OS Restore your old data Many of the details can change slightly depending on chipset but the basic idea is the same. Check your motherboard manual for details.
