Quest ARS issue migrating Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007
We have used Quest ARS for a few years managing Exchange 2003 and last night we came across an issue during our migration to Exchange 2007. One of our users was moving their email from the A domain account to their B domain account and the ARS said it needed to be done using the EMC for Exchange 2007. My question to you is is this the only way to do this or is there an add-on piece to ARS that will do it? Thanks.
