By Qualifying datastructures, u could use different datastructures with same subfield definition

To access a datasturcture subfield, u need to use "dsname.subfieldname".

Jon Paris has written several very good articles on this exact topic.
I don’t have the URL but have read them in various iSeries trade journals.
The articles are clear and easy to follow.
