 QOS VS Bandwidth

Team:- Kindly help me in getting some solid material to prepare a presentation for a customer who has no QOS and got bandwidth (1G) from a service provider but do not like to implement QOS and not getting convinced with all the facts presented. Please Help with references on specific topic or material, white papers. Appreciate it.
