QoS value configuration in Cisco 4506 switch

One of our customer required QOS value to be set in two vlan interfaces, they have the required values are as below:
802.1P/Q PARAMETERS
IPSI Control Diff Serv. 48
Call Control 802.1p Priority 40
Audio 802.1p Priority 46
Video 802.1p Priority n/a
DIFFSERV/TOS PARAMETERS
IPSI Control 802.1p 6
Call Control PHB Value 5
Audio PHB Value 5
Video PHB Value n/a
I am not sure how to configure these values in the swith, can anyone help on this matter
