Yes, in QMF you can save your SQL statements. You can even save them with "markers" in them instead of actual values so that when someone runs one of the saved queries that person is prompted to supply a value for each "marker".
I cannot tell you exactly how to save a query, I just don't remember - it has been 15 years since I last worked with QMF.
