A user has a problem with System hanging only for particular jobs. When an user is trying to enter into a screen the system is getting hang, the issue is happend only with his user id and with his PC. If we try to use the same process with his id in our pc then its working fine. his PC having 4.3 Version. Could you please let me know the reason.

Have you done a WRKACTJOB to see his Hung job and what the program stack is at the time it is hanging?
You say he is running version 4.3 What version is yours running? If it is different, you may want to upgrade his PC.

That’s probably true. But any possible responses are likely to be different depending on what versions are running. When something like “4.3 Version” is mentioned for something on the PC without saying what it is a version of, the first thought is that it is a very old copy of Client Access. That implies a possibly very old PC OS.
If the PC OS is old, then it might be unpredictable what results can come from a newer server OS. And if the server OS is as old as the PC, then it might take some research to find out what could be happening.
