Unfortunately, our marketing budget has decreased and we need to cut corners. So we've decided to bring PR in-house and I'm responsible for managing it. I've never done PR before, only worked closely with our agency. I could use some help with tips on how to be a good PR manager.
What's the best way to pitch a story to the media? Is the in-person press tour still a viable option? How many press releases a month is acceptable?
