		<description><![CDATA[We have used the same solution that JohnScott16 suggested. Set up the public calendar as a separate account and set it up to automatically accept meeting requests, the same way the meeting rooms are probably set up. The only difference would be to not set the Automatically decline conflicting requests option.]]></description>
