Q:
Exchange 2007 Public Folders
Hi

I seem to have a problem, our network runs Server 2008, with exchange 2007, clients running outlook 2007, I set up a public folder, sharing contacts. The problem is that, there is two users who must have permission to create and edit these contacts, which they can do, but for some or other reason, they cant import or export contacts into the public folder (there's just no option for it). Furthermore, in Word 2007, when they go to Mailings, and Recipients, they cant see the contacts from the public folder, but only from their mailbox's contacts.

Is there any solution to this? Perhaps making the Contacts in the public folder act as if it is in their own mailbox?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

You could create a shared mailbox for this. Then they can import contacts to that. It will not show on the public folders list of course but will give you these options.
