Public folders
I have created a public folder to store Excel spreadsheets that I need users to be able to access and change. I understand the permissions. My question is can more than 1 user be in the same spread sheet at one time and make individual changes. Will all changes be saved?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The last person to make the change will be the one that gets saved. I would suggest not using public folders for this. Instead you should use Microsoft Sharepoint. This way you can “check in” and “check out” files that are being used for editing. See this link for more details: Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
