		<description><![CDATA[Have you tried the user account on a different PC? Same error ?
As both Citrix and Exchange are involved its not an Exchange or Citrix issue... The AD user account appears to be corrupt.
But before you tombstone or delete the AD account for this user:
Disassociate the user mailbox from the AD account (wait a bit for replication) and reassociate with a test AD account. Now try to logon and see the Pub. Fldrs.
All OK? 
Then disassociate from the test acct. and also delete/tombstone the offending AD account (note the groups etc).
Setup new AD user, associate the mailbox... test.]]></description>
