Public folder invisible in Outlook 2007 even after clicking the folder tree
We have Exchange 2007 and the clients use Outlook 2007. Everyone can view and access to the Public folder but only one user cannot view it at all. I mean it's not even there to show. Clicked the Folder Tree at the left bottom of Outlook but it doesn't even show the tree at all. Why? This is the same result when the user account logged onto the remote desktop connection or Citrix. There is no Public folder appeared under this particular user.

Software/Hardware used:
Oulook 2007 on Windows XP

Answer Wiki:
Forgot to mention, we have Exchange 2007. The user use Outlook 2007 on XP. Both remote desktop connection and Citrix are on XP also. She is given the same permission on the particular calendar under the public folder. However, we cannot even try to access to that calendar because Public Folder is invisible under her logon. *** Next time add additional info under discussion, not answers please. Thanks. Check the mail store she is in and make sure there is a public folder associated with the mail store.

Have you tried the user account on a different PC? Same error ?
As both Citrix and Exchange are involved its not an Exchange or Citrix issue… The AD user account appears to be corrupt.
But before you tombstone or delete the AD account for this user:
Disassociate the user mailbox from the AD account (wait a bit for replication) and reassociate with a test AD account. Now try to logon and see the Pub. Fldrs.
All OK?
Then disassociate from the test acct. and also delete/tombstone the offending AD account (note the groups etc).
Setup new AD user, associate the mailbox… test.
