Guys assist me with this...This user (My CEO) likes private everything. And he created a personal folder in his HDD with password on, but now he forgot his pst password I told him that passwords are only personal to him only and I can't help with anything. How can i reset his pst password? Thanks in advance guys

You can recover the password by using a password tool (here’s the first one I found out on the intranet: http://www.rixler.com/outlook_password_recovery.htm – just search for pst password) Once you have the password you can change it or just tell him what it is.

    Nothing to do but google. Depending upon the size of your org, a good password recovery utility is worth it. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=pst+password+recovery&btnG=Google+Search

    It shouldnt be that hard to retrieve password these days...ask google and he'l assist you with many software online to help you...or go to NirSoft.com.
