Like many companies we save PST files locally due to mailbox size limitations.  Is there a guide to best practice to show us how to get off the PST files

Before halting the use of PST files you may want to investigate Archiving solutions. This will negate the need for PSTs alltogether. We use Quest Archive Manager, but there are a number of different solutions out there.
