Hi Guys, I had using Outlook before to save mails to my hard drive in a PST file. Now I am using Lotus. I need to know how do we do save mails in hard drive if we are using Lotus Notes? Like in Outlook we would create an Outlook file, what do we need to create in Lotus Notes, and how do we do this? Please share. Thanks in advance

In LN, Click File > export, here you can export the email as a .txt or an .rtf document. Or you can go File > replication > New Replica and through this you will have a replica on your local computer. For creating a copy of your mail go to File > Database and click New copy. You can navigate this article to get help.

Like Outlook PST file in Lotus Notes data is stored in NSF file. It is a database file in which all the information related to application and its associated data is stored. Search the web for Type PST to NSF Converter and you will find several useful conversion tools. Regards, Maria
