I do a RTVDSKINF and when collection completed a PRTDSKINF *SYS. On page 1 of the report it summarizes disk usage by object type with the '% of disk' for each object type. However, the TOTAL does not add up to 100%. I get 90.16% on my report. Any ideas why????

If your system is not queised (not very busy) you won't get a report on all the objects. Run it in a semi restricted state or on the weekend when users aren't typically on the system and batch jobs aren't running. Then you should get very close to 100%.
