Sir, please indicate what security are you into. Web security? accessing your device using telnet or ssh?

When it comes to accessing your devices, its either ssh(port 22) or securecrt. SecureCRT is a FIPS validated SSH / Telnet client with GUI

“Protocols” typically aren’t insecure. It’s often their implementation combined with the applications on either end that tend to create the problems. Using telnet and concerned with security (i.e. cleartext passwords going across the wire)? Try SSH.
