Is there an average estimated bandwidth load to use for each of the most common protocols (HTTP/HTTPS/POP3/IMAP/FTP/H.323)when calculating the total bandwidth needed b4 contracting the carrier?

The amount of bandwidth which will be needed will vary from site to site. If you are browsing YouTube you will use a lot more HTTP bandwidth than if you are browsing this site because of the video.

It will all depend on the number of users and what sites they are going to.
