Dear,
First of All, Declare what E-Mail Server you used, and Bit Defender is not a Proper security solution, and in my thought, And Enterprises must have atleast 2 security Solution,

For if your organization can Afford use IP.S. of PANDA that is hardware base complete security solution

else use ENDPOINT Protection 11.0, that is also good Antivirus and AntiSpam Control solution
E-Scan Internetnet Security for SMB and enterprises is good, SPAM, and Virus control solution, buy the E-Scan or also if you use Exchange, or Mdaemon can configure Spam policy on that

Rosealzubi, The word "Licensed" just means you have purchased the right to use the product. I would recommend going to the bitdefender.com website and request support. They will help you figure out what version of Bitdefender you have and recommend documentation on how to configure it.
