 Proliant not booting from disk
I have a Proliant DL380 G3 with two 146GB ultra scsi disks. I created a new array and was able to format them with Windows 2003 Server and copied the initial setup load. But when rebooting to continue the setup process, the server does not boot from the hard disk. I can boot from CD but not from hard disk. Of course I remove the CD from the drive. Boot controller order is first the SmartArray then PCI IDE. Help please..

It sounds like you may have a corrupt master boot record. The best thing to do is put your windows disc in and rewrite the MBR. A quick search on yahoo will show you the steps needed to do that.
