		<description>Your input to this process, will be to prioritise the areas which need to be completed first. This you should pass to the contractor, and, as Chigbie said, they will then provide you with a scedule of works. You then agree to this, and then you all know where you stand.

Also as Chigbie said, you [B]MUST[/B] agree the timescale with the contactor, [B]BEFORE[/B] the work commences. Otherwise you are both working in the dark, and each will expect things to happen at different times, which can only lead to problems.

In fact, if they are not asking for this meeting, I would question if you have chosen the right contractor !</description>
