1.) How large is the company?
2.) What are the data entry needs (storage volumes, hardware capabilities, softwares, etc.)?
3.) Does the data have to be fed in in multiple pieces, or can a single document be entered?
4.) Do you offer OBCD connections to other databases that already contain the information?
5.) Do you already have databases set up?
6.) What language are you writing in?
7.) What environment are you working in?
These are just a few questions you must as yourself.
