Some users at my company want to have the ability to program the date and time a message has to be sent. How can I do that? They want to use this feature more than one time.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

What program are you using?
With Outlook, you have the option to send a message at a particular time in the future.

This can be accomplished in Domino but, will require some changes to the mail template.

Two ways I can think of: 1. Create a Calendar entry (any type), fill in the Subject and Description, create an alarm notification for it and select "Send mail notification with subject". Your "invitees" will receive the email at the appointed time. 2. Create an agent and select "Send Mail Message" as your action. Shedule it to run every 60 minutes but select one hour for it to run between (will be run once in that hour). Hope it helps. Dennis
