Problems with some Users connecting to NAS

Network Appliance, NAS

I setup a BOSS Iogagear NAS device on the Domain for the engineering group. Most of them can connect to the Nas and map the drive, But I have 3 users that can't connect. All have the same rights and belong to the same groups. I tried logging on to one of the problem PC's as myself (With all domain admin rights)and could not connect (I can connect on my PC).I then tried logging on as one of the engineers on a PC that another engineer can connect and was able to connect. anyway, I't seems like its a PC specific problem. Any idea what may be causing this?

Can you ping the Nas by name? You may have a netbios resolution problem or DNS problem.
