Hello Everybody -
I have a client who has been trying for the last few months to send email blasts to clients via their Exchange Server 2003. However, they've never been able to successfully send out the email to all recipeints.
I know the downsides to blasting from their Exchange Server (getting blacklisted), but this is something they really want to do and I cant stop them.
Any ideas as to why it never works?

Good point. I talked to my client and of course with the right questions you get a completely different story. A while back we had created distribution lists categorizing their 400 users into manageable 30-45 person groupings.
Main problem now is when they try to send a blast, they cannot select the group from the contact list. I normally use a web based blaster so this is all foreign to me… any ideas?
