I have a question, kindly help me on this.

What are the problems faced in project during the SAP is implemented for FICO module.Give me few examples for the same and also kindly tell how it is resolved?

One of the major problems that can harm you is hiring consultants who don't even know how to do basic research either on the internet or within SAP's numerous tools. One way to avoid that problem is to do some research yourself before hiring anyone - see what types of questions the consultant has posted online. Of course, another way is to not hire a consultant - build up your knowledge in-house.
