Problems booking resources for next year 2011
We have exchange 2003, outlook 2007 and some 2003 clients. When users book meetings and invite resources the calendar shows from January 1, 2011 and beyond as "No Information" for the resources. The user can book the resource, but it does not show up on the calendar. anybody else notice this or have a solution??

Make sure all clients and the Exchange server have all the most current Microsoft updates. Also go open the resources in a separate profile for each and check and see how far out they are publishing their free/busy. Default is 2 months, so check and verify what they are set to. I have not seen this behavior on our servers and clients, but we are running Exchange 2007.
