We are having at least two problems with the pop up window saying "Documents have been deleted".
The first one happened when users try to click on the Archive settings, It pops up the window "Documents have been deleted". When users try to archive selected documents, it gives "Error accessing archive information."
Second problem is during installation of new user Lotus notes acount, after completion, it gives the message "Document has been deleted." and the Lotus notes quit.
It seems to me that these two problems are related. Our mail server crashed down today, but someone said she had this problem even before the server crashed down. Anyone out there has a clue how to solve this?
