Attachments sometimes get stripped on forwards depending on your email configuration. The idea being not to send bulky attachments unless explicitly told.

Between that idea and your own Asian characters idea — check the format of email you send. There is lots of stuff that you can read as incoming HTML mail but won’t send as plain text. Outlook can be set to always do HTML, always do plain text or reply/forward in like manner (HTML if originally HTML).

One of those that might not go as plain text is graphics or expanded characters sets. Incidentally there are double byte versions of English characters similar to Asian characters as well as single byte ASCII. It would not be unusual for Asian senders to use double byte through out.

I though it was Asian character set giving me the problem, but it does not seem to be the case because in the email there are not Asian characters. I noticed one I received the mail in my Outlook 2003 client there is no problem of forwarding on the email message.
