 Problem using Jstree component in JQuery

We are having around 2000 nodes to populate in the JSTree component  which is having depth of 3 layers to built.
  But we are getting jsscript error (stop running this script error) which is running more than 15 sec. Could you please help on this, or please suggest any alternative
