We experience a problem in Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2003 SP2). When i reply to an email, it can happen that the part that contains my text, cannot be read by the recipient. This part then contains Chinese/ Japanese ? fonts. In my Sent Items Folders my reply is readable. I already experienced this issue sometimes, before applying Service Pack 2. But now it happens more frequently and with more users. It makes no difference whether i make replies inside our LAN or at home. Do you have an explanation for this behavior???
