Problem forwarding Microsoft Outlook email
I’m trying to forward an email from Microsoft Outlook. When I attempt to forward the Outlook email, a separate box pops up with a completely different email not relating to the original email I wanted to forward. Do you know how I can fix this?

One important question to ask: Despite the new window that appears with the unrelated message, does your original forwarded message actually get sent? Outlook has an option under Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options. Look at the top of that dialog window and note the drop-down box next to "After moving or deleting an open item." If it says to open the next or previous item, then change it to "return to the Inbox" to see if that corrects your problem.
