@ Carlosdl arising a point is definitely a good point ! First u have to check neither there is any broken link nor others, which file already linked to ur current file (which u want to open) the linked file is the same directory or removed by mistake or damaged or what ….

Please write what’s happend, I am eager to know about the fact.

Have you checked if the hyperlink is pointing to the correct file (and path) when the folder is on the desktop ?

To check it, right-click on the cell with the hyperlink, and select the ‘Edit Hyperlink’ option

but its not my question,my isshu after moving my doc in any other folder except C drive or desktop.it will work but in desk top hyperlink not working in excell thats my excat problem means i cant able to download the doc via hyperlink

Is ur xls files containing macro or when u open the file, is the file shows like “this file contains macro…… and then shown Enable and Disable button…. If its like that disable the button and after that u open the file. This is not a solution, but in my case once this situation was happend !

Hope u will provide more details !
