What VMWare product are you using ?In case you are useing VMWare server or workstation: How is networking configured in the VMWare console for those VMs ?
I am using VMware Workstaiion 9. Well currently i have connected Windows 2008 R2 enterprise with Host-only and windows 2008 R2 Standard with Bridge with host. Let me know if you need more information.
Using “bridged” networking should make them work. Try fixing them one at a time.
Turn the VM off, change the networking settings on the VMWare console, start the VM and assign it the IP address.
Thank you for your answers. it did work I used briged network on the one R2K8 enterprise and I have configured NAT on the other R2K8 standard edition. It is not unidentified network any more. Now i have another problem my VM have multiple IPv4 even after i assign static IP.Below is how it looks.
