A user has a problem with incoming mail sent to his account. The senders have sent me the error message and it reads:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'user name' on 11/2/2004 8:02 PM
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=FusionPR;l=MAIL1-041103010203Z-8657
Is there something wrong with a mta? How do I recalculate routing?
