Answer Wiki:
Carry out Basic Printer maintenance such as: Printer cleaning cartridge/clean printer Head. This however, takes up a lot of your ink...but can clean all those ceased ink on Printer rollers. If you have to replace or install Genuine ink cartridge. Before looking to replace cartridge check if its worth changing the cartridge compared to to getting a good Printer that may be cheaper than replacing your cartridge.

This device is just a label maker, not a computer printer. There are no ink cartrdges that I know of. What I’m thinking is that there is something in the labels themselves that contributes to the printing. And since I posted this question, I think I accidentally found my own answer. I changed the batteries in the unit since they were low, and after that the printing was back to normal. Thanks to all who tried to help and I hope this helps someone out there who might have the same issue.
