Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Try to uninstall the drivers for the same printer aftyer that restart your PC and try to reinstall the drivers from the CD that your printer came with. If you still experience the same problem you can check for the print spool that its service is running. How you get to that, you go to control panel>administration tools>services>print spool. check status that its started automatically. If its not click on restart service.

The printer says ready, I rebooted, unpluged, pluged etc. When I click on print the little printer in the bottom right hand corner comes on then disapears and there are no print jobs. Help

-Go to control panel, -Add new Printer option with plug and play and it should point you to your Printer Driver location automatically if you've already have installed it. -If it ask to do print test, do so...this method should detect/test if the printer receives/send info to your P.C. if print test works from your P.C then we know that communication between your p.c and printer is stable and working...then at this stage, it may possibly be corrupt or dodge printer Drivers. If you cant see your printer Driver, then it may be corrupt or haven't been installed correctly. -check also your usb cable if faulty or twisted. hope this help.
