I have a few users that have HP Laserjet 1000 printers, these users receive a blank page when trying to use the print screen option on our iSeries (AS/400)...any ideas?

Delete and create the printer again on the PC then try it again. (make sure you delete the port as well)
Is the printer connected via USB or parallel?
If it’s on the network and you’re using a printer share then you’re probably not having a problem.
This is why we always complaining about pc’s and windows…
If you’re using anything other than iseries access for windows then you’ll need to verify with the vendor.
