Like with most things, there is probably more than one way to do this.
You can issue the Start PC Organizer command (STRPCO no parameters) followed by a Start PC Command (STRPCCMD ). The STRPCCMD has one parameter - which you can use to start a PC application. Assuming you can view the image with a browser, you could generate the PC command to launch the browser with a URL value - and that URL would be the path to the image. Printing the image then becomes a Windows thing.
Printing an image on a document sounds like you might want to look into something to "overlay" the image - and you might also need to have an IPDS defined printer - but I'm only guessing on that..
