 Printing from Ops Navigator
AS/400, Printing
I can open my main printer attached to my iSeries using Opts Navigator. When I click on one of the reports to view it I get an error message. The message says "AFP work bench viewer has encountered a problem and needs to close". I have another PC that does not give me the error so I can view the reports on it. Anybody have any ideas? I pull this report up this way so I can change it to landscape and send it to another printer. I need this option on more than one PC.

Delete and reinstall iSeries Access. Make sure the AFP viewer is installed. There are no configuration settings so it must be a corrupted object. ====================================================== It's almost certainly not a corrupted object and reinstalling probably won't help. (It might.) Most likely the problem is a difference in iSeries Access service packs between different PCs. Download and install the latest service pack for the version of iSeries Access on your PC. If the problem persists, post back for more options. Tom
