Hi , i am Using RH.E.L.4 and i Connected Epson T88iV Model M129H to my system.i gave lpr command it goes to default printer but it doesn't print Epson so anybody help me for Test print file for Epson.

Type lpq on command line and see if the Epson printer Queue name is shown,
OR lpstat -d (to know defautl printer) if not, simply “Make Default” the Epson T88iV printer by righ-click on the printer icon and supply lpr command. and it should print to the destination printer. Also make sure the printer is active / not pause state by supplying command as: /usr/bin/enable or /usr/sbin/accept (to accept print job)

Another way u may do that without making the Epson printer default…..
lpr -Pepson xxxx (replace epson with the Epson T88iV Model M129H printer queue name and replace xxxx as ur file name)
