 Printing Barcodes In SAP

According to an OSSnote I read. SAP has provided the ability to natively produce several Barcode formats using SmartForms. I have tried extensively to get this to work in Smartforms/Smartstyles but can't get it to work properly. A barcode graphic does get generated but it is not a scanable barcode. I ended up using softfonts from IDAutomation, but wanted to know if anyone had ever been able to get this to work natively in SAP.

I had no problems with SAPScript and that is still available in the new versions of SAP what also use SmartForms. You have to maintain print controls besides the SAPScript or SmartForms and these print controls are printer type dependend, but you maybe aware of that too. Peter
