Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

So…it sounds as if you want this to be part of the PO spool file.
Does the PO use an Overlay? Is it IPDS or AFPDS?
Would these two pages be the same for every PO?
Can the PO-print program be altered?

Phil

The PO form is AFPDS. It uses overlay. This document is same for all PO’s and the PO-print program can be altered.

//////////////////////////////////
You cannot change the spool file once it’s closed by the PO-print, so the PO-print program needs to add the T’s&C’s lines.

The overlay will be on all pages including the new ones – no choice exists
Alter the PO-print program
- After the totals print
- You would print the header – this will put you on a new page — with the same header info
- Then a loop which reads from a new file until the eof
– the new file contains a sequence number key and a text field – say 50 long – each row contains
one line of your T’s & C’s
– each line check overflow on you po — print header if ovrflow
– write TCMSGLLn
A R TCMSGLN <– dds record name
*
A TCMSG 50 10 <– field from new file
A SPACEA(1) <– single space lines

I doesn’t sould that long – cut it from word and paste it into your 400?
You could save it in word as type text and import it.
From PDF viewer you can generally copy it to notepad which will save it in text format.
