Hi, We have a requirement to print TERMS & CONDITIONS on back of every page when we generate an Invoice. Any one can share an idea on how we should go about it in AS400?

    You can create an OVERLAY with your Terms & Conditions
    Then use the BACKOVL on the PRTF.
    You can do that on either the CRTPRTF or CHGPRTF commands

    Hi Charlie,

    Thank you very much for your response.  But our spool file generates based on "O" spec.  Is it possible by using "O" spec or it is better to change to PRTF.

    My initial thought is you will need to change your PRTF;
    but before doing that I would try to run the program with a OVRPRTF command and see what happens.
