You may need printer PTFs. We had same problem with all printers(about 30) and IBM said do the PTFs and even the tech I talked to said he did not understand why they needed to be done on a later upgrade . If unsure which, contact BM as I did not keep the list after we got them loaded. It fixed our problem immediately

It’s not easy coming up with an answer without knowing something about the problem. Make sure to include message IDs. Those are often more important than the content of the messages.
