Printer emulation, AS/400 Print Problems
we have a dell 5100cn but we can not print through our AS400 it stops the writer and gives error message every time can anyone help with this please

I have had a similar problem with some software we were using and a Dell 2330dn. It ended up being a firmware issue.

I suggest updating the firmware and looking at the following link to see if it is a settings issue.

What is the error message you are getting?
