Hi,  I am one issue in networking. In our organization we have connected one Printer in the network and it works fine for some and does not work for some time. Checked that network connection are fine and it is pingable for some time. But for some reason it goes offline and it is not pingable for some time then it works automatically.
I assigned static IP for the printer. Correct drivers for the printer installed, previously it was working fine without any issue.

If this is caused due to network loop, then how to check that?

Any idea much appreciated.

Check to be sure they have common gateways on both the printer and the PC\Mac units unable to print.

Also, from time to time, I've come across Routers (WatchGuard) that certain firmwares had issues with Printers being reached on those networks.
